A Tennessee native, Farrell moved to Savannah, GA after receiving her business degree from East Tennessee State University.  Farrell spent 7 years in the finance industry splitting her time between Savannah, GA and Dallas, TX.  Savannah's beautiful historic charm and downtown lifestyle was the deciding factor for Farrell and her husband in making Savannah their home. After purchasing and renovating several downtown properties, she quickly found her passion for real estate.
